Jennine Thompson-Neal
Global Director Of Operations
Jennine Thompson-Neal is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the wellness industry. As the head of the global department, she has played a pivotal role in spearheading the introduction of affordable PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) and other innovative wellness devices to the U.S. and international market.
Jennine is committed to advancing education around PEMF therapy, helping individuals and practitioners understand its benefits for overall well-being. Her expertise and leadership continue to drive innovation and awareness within the health and wellness community locally and internationally. Prior to her career in wellness, Jennine was an educator and active union activist in her country of origin Belize, advocating for workers’ rights mainly teachers, and social justice.
Dr. Irma I. Sierra, B.S., D.C., F.I.C.P.A.

Dr. Irma Sierra is a pioneer in chiropractic and magnetic therapy, with decades of experience in biomagnetism and PEMF therapy. Born into a scientific and chiropractic legacy in Puerto Rico, she was exposed to the benefits of magnetic therapy from an early age. Her father, Dr. Ralph U. Sierra, was the first chiropractor in Puerto Rico and a pioneer in electromagnetic therapy, developing early PEMF devices in the 1970s—before the term was widely known.
Dr. Sierra holds a Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from New York Chiropractic College (1984) and a Fellowship in Pediatric Chiropractic (F.I.C.P.A.). She has held key leadership positions in the field, including:

Rea Tarnava, PhD Candidate

Rea began exploring alternative medicine about 28 years ago, seeing the problems within the current Western medicine paradigm. She completed a Bachelor of Science in Natural Health/Nutrition, a Master’s Degree in Integral Health/Life Physics, and is finishing a PhD in Integral Health/Subtle Energy Physics, where her research is specializing in subtle energies.
As a gifted intuitive empath, Rea offers many different modalities in her clinic, which blend technology and the esoteric. She uses both a consciousness-based approach to health and healing by addressing the whole person mixed with science-based assessments utilizing investigative tools including the Bio-Well, Applied Psychophysiology (heart rate variability), electroencephalograph (EEG), Tennant Microcurrent devices, and of course, the Vasindux PEMF devices.

Christopher Neal is a retired Army veteran and a seasoned commercial and military pilot with years of leadership and operational experience. As COO of Vasindux, he leads operations, safety, and strategic growth with a pragmatic, team-first approach. His military service also nurtured a deep commitment to health and wellness, which he champions across the organization to support peak performance and resilient teams.

Office/Shipping and logistics Manager
Josh Smith is the Office/ Shipping and Logistics Manager at Vasindux. He coordinates daily office operations, oversees order fulfillment and shipping, and optimizes logistics to ensure timely, accurate delivery. Known for his attention to detail and problem-solving approach, Josh keeps workflows efficient and supports cross-team communication to meet customer and operational goals.
The History and Origin Of Vasindux
Founded in 2011 in Hungary under the name Elixir, Vasindux began its journey with door-to-door sales, where sales representatives educated customers about alternative wellness solutions like Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy. As the design of the device evolved and its capabilities became more advanced, the company rebranded from Elixir to Vasindux, reflecting its commitment to innovation in wellness technology.
In 2019, the company expanded its operations to the United States, specifically Pennsylvania, allowing the Vasindux team to strengthen its presence in the North American market and better serve its growing customer base.

What is the return Policy for Vasindux?
Vasindux has a 3-year warranty and a 30-day return policy. Any return or exchange request submitted after the 30-day period will not be accepted. Please submit the purchase order number for the item you wish to return. No returns will be accepted without our confirmation and issuance of an RMA. “Return Merchandise Authorization” Acceptable returns are subjected to a 12% return fee, this will be deducted from the total to be refunded.
